office for the phone directory, then choose the appropriate
department:
1. Prescription refills: please call your pharmacy
directly for medication refills.
2. Oncology nurse: Use this option to speak with a nurse
if you have questions or problems with your treatment.
3. Scheduling: use this option to make, change or cancel
an appointment or to speak to someone at the front desk.
4. Medical Assistant: To request testing such as CT
scans, xrays, bone scans. If you already have an appointment
and need to reschedule, please call the facility performing
the test.
